Monthly Billing
Monthly invoices are distributed in the initial week of each month, with payments expected by the month's end. To illustrate, if you receive an invoice on May 1st, it covers services rendered during the month of May.
The monthly billing is based on a four-week month leaving four weeks of paid leave per year. During the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, accounts are not serviced. Invoices may be paid in advance if desired.
